The consultation form on this site — your symptoms, your health history, your goals. Each submission lands in our system and is reviewed by the Eterna Femme team before any compound is ever discussed. We start by listening.

Our content — the primer guide, the perimenopause staging page, the Research Library page, the founder essays in our journal — exists to help you decide whether a peptide approach fits your biology. We do not sell compounds here. We help you understand them.

If you move forward with an approach, Eterna Femme remains the point of contact for follow-up questions, dose adjustments, and the six-week check-in. Our relationship with you does not end the day an order is placed.
Fulfillment
Neoteric Peptides is a separate company on a separate domain — neotericpeptides.com. It is not a sub-brand of Eterna Femme. It is not a checkout page we built. It is an independent research-supply storefront with its own catalog, its own voice, its own compliance posture, and its own customer base.

Neoteric Peptides operates exclusively on its own domain with its own product catalog and its own checkout flow. Anyone can visit it directly. No Eterna Femme branding appears there. No Eterna Femme marketing runs through it.

The catalog is research-use compounds only — sold as raw material for qualified researchers and informed consumers. Neoteric Peptides does not make clinical claims, does not prescribe, and does not position its products as treatments. That boundary is held firmly.

For women who participate in Eterna Femme's approach decisions, the actual compound acquisition and shipping process is handled by Neoteric Peptides using its own fulfillment infrastructure. Eterna Femme does not ship product. Neoteric Peptides does not consult.
One path, two companies
The flow looks like one experience from your seat, but the people, the URLs, and the legal entity behind each step change at clearly marked boundaries. Nothing is automated. Nothing is silent.
The intake form is a four-group record covering cycle phase, symptoms, hormonal baseline, and goals. We read every submission personally. It is the only data we treat as a clinical record.
We respond with a recommendation — typically a single-approach start, an MRI / bloodwork check, or a "not at this time" with reasoning. If an approach is appropriate, we describe the cycle structure and the cost range. We do not direct you to a vendor.
After the intake review, you receive a written recommendation — the approach name, the cycle structure, and the rationale. If you choose to proceed, that decision is logged on your record. There is no separate order step on the Eterna Femme side.
If you are ready to obtain the research compound, the Neoteric Peptides storefront is the vendor-of-record path for that step — a separate storefront, separate checkout, separate order flow. Eterna Femme's role ends at the recommendation; Neoteric's role starts at the fulfillment. The two brands stay siloed so the research framing and the supplier framing are never confused.
Voice & Boundaries
We get asked whether the two brands are the same company. They are not. The separation is not clever marketing. It is a structural choice that protects the integrity of each role you interact with.
The promise
Eterna Femme will never market Neoteric Peptides products. Neoteric Peptides will never market Eterna Femme services. The two domains don't cross-link on the homepages. The two voices don't share an avatar, a tagline, or a product page. If you see a coupon in your Neoteric order email that looks like it's from us, it isn't. Read carefully. The lines are real and we keep them drawn.
Eterna Femme lives at eterna-femme.com. Neoteric Peptides lives at neotericpeptides.com. Different hosts, different storefront stacks, different checkout flows. The only time the two meet is at the vendor strip in our footer — and from your position you would never be redirected between them without knowing it.
Eterna Femme writes for the woman in midlife who is reading, deciding, and choosing to invest in her own biology. Warm, long-form, contextual. Neoteric Peptides writes for a research-oriented buyer who knows exactly what compound they want. Clinical, terse, transactional. The pages reflect those audiences.
